About Sorami Sushi Frankfurt — Our Restaurant & Team

Sorami Sushi Frankfurt began with a simple idea: sushi in the city center should be fresh, precise, and easy to reach. Our team prepares rice, fish, vegetables, and sauces daily so every piece tastes clear, balanced, and clean.

We work with selected suppliers, cut fish in small batches, and roll only when an order comes in. That quiet discipline is the difference between fast food and a restaurant people trust.

Whether it is lunch, dinner in the restaurant, or delivery to the office, Sorami Sushi combines Japanese technique with the pace Frankfurt needs every day.

Kenji Nakamura

Head Chef & Sushi Master

Kenji learned his craft in small sushi bars in Tokyo, where rice, knife work, and temperature are checked every day. In Frankfurt, he brings that precision into an open, welcoming restaurant kitchen.

His philosophy is calm: a few excellent ingredients, clean cuts, warm rice, and clear balance. That is why classics like nigiri, sashimi, and maki taste intentionally focused rather than overloaded.
